Payment
UROX.com accepts payment with VISA and MasterCard.
Payment is deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. When purchases are made via the English language version of our web shop, all amounts are in Euro.
Urologic uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer ) protocol. This ensures that no unauthorized person has access to your information.
We do not charge a fee for card payments.
Freight
Urologic ApS delivers on all weekdays. For orders in the EU, you will normally receive your package within 3-5 working days. For other desitnations delivery time may vary.
We deliver with GLS.
You pay a fixed price of 10 Euro per order for shipping in EU.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to urox@urox.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Please note that due to their special nature, our products can only be returned in unopened original packaging. If the seal is broken or damaged, unfortunately for health reasons we cannot take them back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase and return the item in complete and undamaged packaging, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, if you are in the EU, no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We shall withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must send us your complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and share this personal information as necessary to ensure that we can deliver the goods you bought from us. Your personal information is registered with Urologic ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We cooperate with companies that store and process data.
These companies only process information on our behalf and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with equivalent and sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed on request about which information we process about you, and if the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Terms and conditions when ordering a subscription
These terms and conditions apply when you order a subscription from UROX.
The terms and conditions were last updated on August 1st, 2023.
When you register as a subscriber with UROX, you must accept the Trading Terms. You are therefore encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before signing up as a subscriber.
Possibilities for ordering
Here is how to order your subscription:
- Log into your user account at our website: urox.com
- Select the product you want to subscribe to and how many times a year you want delivery.
- After you have received the desired item, you will get a receipt for your subscription.
- We send a confirmation to you each time your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
As long as the subscription runs, you must remember to inform us if you change the address for delivery, e-mail, telephone number or other information that is important for us to be able to deliver your goods to you as agreed.
To pause or cancel your subscription, log into your user account at urox.com and click on your subscription. The system will then present you with the option to pause your subscription or cancel it.
Your subscription will continue unchanged until you change it, pause it, or cancel it. Pausing or canceling a subscription is free and there is no lock-in period. (read more under termination below).
Payment
Urologic accepts subscription payment with VISA and Mastercard. Payment will be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. When you order through the English-language version of our webshop, all amounts are in EUR, and they do not include VAT.

Procedure for renewal and deletion of card number
You can change or delete your card number from our system at any time. You can do this directly via your account, which you create when you order your subscription. You do that here: https://www. urox.com /your-page/ . We can also help you delete your information if you write to us at urox@urox.com.
Delivery
Using GLS, Urologic can deliver to customers worldwide.
Deliveries in EU are 10 euro per order. The price for delivery to addresses outside EU depends on the weight of the package and the recipient’s address.
Your goods are delivered directly to the door unless otherwise agreed. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
UROX delivers all working days with an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days. Should problems arise, we will take care of you immediately.
Termination and break
You can always cancel your subscription, there is no binding on the subscription. Please note, however, due to processing time, that all cancellations (including breaks) must be sent no later than 5 working days before an agreed delivery. You cannot cancel your first order.
There are several ways you can cancel your subscription. The easiest thing is for you to log in via urox.com and cancel it yourself, directly in your account, but you also have the option of canceling by sending an email to urox.com.
Remember that if you just want a break for a period of time, you can pause your subscription via the website or by contacting us.
Right of withdrawal
All subscriptions are covered by the applicable regulations for health and hygiene products, which is why no right of withdrawal is granted.
Complaint
All complaints must be made as soon as possible. Give us a call! Even if logged by phone, complaints are always answered by email and cases handled over the phone are accompanied by a report by email.
If, contrary to expectations, we cannot find a solution to your complaint, you can choose to complain to Urologic at urox@urox.com.
Change of subscription conditions
Urologic reserves the right to change terms and conditions without notice and with immediate effect (within reasonable limits). Changes that may affect your subscription are always notified 1 month in advance and must be approved by you before they become effective (with the exception of price changes in relation to the current inflation index). If approval is not received after 7 working days, your subscription will be terminated. All changes will always appear on urox.com . If we assess that your subscription may be affected by a change, we will contact you directly by email.
